Build leadership skills, connect with your community, strengthen your cultural knowledge, and earn volunteer hours through meaningful experiences - all at no cost to you.

Our Goal

Our goal is to help Indigenous youth:

  • Build confidence and leadership skills.

  • Learn from mentors and Elders through cultural and intergenerational knowledge sharing

  • Give back to their communities through meaningful volunteer experiences.

  • Strengthen connections with the Friendship Centre and other community organizations.


Who Can Participate?

  • Indigenous Youth

  • Ages 12 - 30

  • Interested in leadership, Culture, and Community Involvement


Why Join?

What is Expected?

  • Complete 120 volunteer hours

  • Hours include:

    • training

    • workshops

    • travel time

    • approved activities

  • Stay engaged with your coordinator
