Come With Us, We’ll Help Each Other, Together

About Our Program

Our program prioritizes your safety and is led by clients, focusing on trauma-informed care. We take a comprehensive, culturally aware approach to mental wellness, considering all the factors affecting well-being. Services are easy to access, whether in person, by phone, or online. We provide one-on-one and group support for urban Indigenous community members aged 18 and older, as well as cultural programming for children and youth. We collaborate with other MNFC programs to offer full support to community members.
