Our Services

  • Two blue camping tents set up under a large pine tree in an open grassy area with blue sky and scattered clouds in the background.

    Housing Outreach Worker

Supports Indigenous adults (19+) living in encampments.

The Housing Outreach Worker helps with referrals to mental health services, food, and other resources.

The Housing Outreach Workers are not counsellors. Support and check-ins offered daily or weekly.

A person must have proof of Indigenous ancestry, a history of long-term homelessness (like couch surfing, sleeping outside, or staying in shelters) and face several challenges that make stable housing hard.

Priority is given to Indigenous people with the most risks and barriers to housing.

  • A person wearing a red knit hat, black jacket, and beige pants sitting on the street corner with a sign and donation container, in a busy urban area with illuminated buildings and pedestrians in the background.

    Justice Housing Support

Justice Housing Support Case Managers help Indigenous adults (19+) involved in the criminal justice system or recently released from jail.

They support clients in finding and keeping long-term housing and guide them through court and probation appointments along with any other housing support needed.

Their role focuses on care and housing support, not legal advice.

Individuals must show Indigenous ancestry, be involved in the criminal justice system or recently released from jail, and have a history of chronic homelessness.

Priority goes to those facing higher risks and housing challenges.

  • A man stands by a window in a hotel room, looking outside. The room has a bed with pillows, a chair, and curtains. The scene is in black and white.
