Sage House

A newly developed supportive transitional housing facility

Sage House offers culturally appropriate programming and residence for urban Indigenous women and Two-Spirit, Trans and gender-diverse individuals experiencing chronic homelessness, housing insecurity, and who are transitioning from unstable or unsafe housing situations to supportive temporary housing.

Harm Reduction Approach:

At sage House, we are committed to fostering a community of healing, empowerment and cultural connection. We welcome individuals from all walks of life and strive to create a safe environment where everyone feels valued and supported on their healing journey.

Sage House operates from a harm reduction perspective, recognizing that some residents may struggle with substance or alcohol use, however there is no use allowed on property.

Our focus is on providing support and resources to promote safety, health and autonomy for all clients.
